Alignment is the key to successful Occupational MarketSpace design and development.

At an early age interns need to firstly establish themselves as achievers. They are required to undertake Career Alignment Projections (CAP's), to determine whether they have the attributes needed for a specific career path. CAPs are mechanisms.

CAP’s are alignment tools specifically for young interns under the age of 11 years old, and form the basis of Occupational MarketSpace design and development.

Upon the successful completion of a CAP, and its valuation by a panel of experts, the intern sets up a .pic (dot_pic) company.

The dot_pic company is - by definition - the Occupational MarketSpace of the intern and a 1st company (A 'startup' enterprise)
